Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

Any product not in its original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error)
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact our support team with photos of the item and your order details.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you are returning for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
